I am an experienced proven leader (35 years) with extensive and broad experience serving US, European and British organisations. I started my commercial career in sales and marketing and have worked my way upwards. I am comfortable and enjoy setting strategy, tactical execution and associated change management. I am capable and proven at Board level whether internal or external. In my most recent COO and Deputy MD role we were fortunate enough to be awarded a Kings Award for export excellence in 2023.
My profile is a customer orientated senior executive. I have deliberately broadened my experience between large and small organisations, public and private at different stages of their development and evolution. I am tech savvy and have hardware, software and services experiences in differing markets including my roots (finance sector), retail, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals. Lately I have been working in the public sector both in the UK and abroad.
My most recent business education has been executive development courses funded by either myself or employers. The focus has been managing change and large projects to success.
