I have a deep understanding and knowledge of the corporate process; I know how to negotiate and communicate at many levels.

My tried and tested sales method is to call, qualify and close prospects directly, be it by phone, e-mail or face-to-face depending on the circumstances.

My recent experience is as a publisher & commercial director at a firm offering business intelligence through reports, newsletters and forecasts for the energy and technology sectors.

Here are my key skills:

• prospect for, negotiate and close subscription licences which are then renewed annually. Buyers comprise of executives and decision-makers in multi-national companies as well as specialist SMEs.
• Create effective sales and marketing material for web and direct e-mail
• Identify and explore new sources of revenue streams by capitalising on hot technology topics where information is scarce; exploit other opportunities like editorial licensing, consultancy and reseller sign-ups.
• Mediate and negotiate with analyst & production staff and freelancers.
• To communicate effectively, I use my acquired knowledge of niche technologies and markets, eg Energy Transition, Renewables, Internet of Things (IoT), Wireless and Video technologies.
