I am eager to bring my enthusiasm for customer service and my relevant experience from volunteering at local charity shopa to your team. During my time at the charity shops, I developed strong communication and interpersonal skills while assisting customers and processing transactions. I learned to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that the shop remained organized and welcoming. My responsibilities included sorting donations, managing the sales floor, and providing excellent customer service, all of which I found to be incredibly rewarding. I believe that my passion for helping others and my commitment to creating a positive shopping experience align well with your company’s mission.

I’m a volunteer who’s worked with the likes of various charity shops. This has developed my communication skills as well as understanding the importance of delivering exceptional customer service. I’ve had my fair share of experience dealing with difficult customers and am confident when solving particularly difficult issues .

I have competed my A levels in college and don’t have any plans of going uni. This I am fully flexible and committed to any working hours and shifts.
