About
Talofa, I'm Sinoti Matautia Kitione. For 12+ years I've served our community--from greeting customers at Pizza Hut, to handling finances as an ANZ Bank Teller, to supervising warehouse operations at TMO Wholesale.
I specialize in: cash handling & compliance, inventory management, and customer service that builds trust. I'm fluent in English, Samoan and Tagalog and I believe every customer deserves to be helped in their own language. In 2022 I stepped away from work to fulfill my most important role: full time caregiver for my bedridden mother.
That experience strengthened my crisis management, budgeting and organizing skills. With my family responsibilities now complete, I'm ready to bring that same dedication back to a professional team.
