Siobhan Thompson

During my career, I have had the opportunity to work in a number of high-end and challenging educational settings, this includes within a Social, Educational and Behavioural Needs School as well as an independent boarding school. Whilst working in these environments I have been in sole charge of creating and implementing physical education lessons to individual curriculum levels. My use of personal time playing and coaching tennis as an individual as well as a team, means that I am able to utilise many type of skills in order to provide flexible, motivational and managerial support to children and adults both young and old.

Working in a nursery setting currently has allowed me to build up my knowledge and gain valuable experience of the Early Years settings, provide a safe and nurturing environment where children learn through play, effectively communicate and build up a rapport with parents and provide a service where children are the centre of my attention, furthermore engaging the children in a variety of activities which allow them to develop the main areas of the Early Years Stages. I am a friendly, bubbly, smiley individual who has always had a passion for working with children and would like to continue developing my career in childcare.

Full time Nanny within a family home- working with a 2 and a 5 year old.

Working on Cruise Ships as a youth councillor with babies aged 4 months and children up to the age 12.
