I’m a motivated and hard-working individual with a Level 3 BTEC in Applied Science, and I’m eager to begin a career in diagnostic radiography. I’ve always had a strong interest in science and healthcare, and I’m drawn to radiography because of how important it is in diagnosing and supporting patients.

My interest in this field grew after attending a hospital open day, where I saw how radiographers worked with both technology and patients. It showed me how this role makes a real impact, and I knew it was something I wanted to pursue.

I have experience working in both data entry and hospitality. In my data entry role, I developed accuracy, focus, and confidence using IT systems. As a waiter, I learned how to communicate well, stay calm under pressure, and work closely with different people. These experiences taught me the importance of teamwork, professionalism, and being organised — all of which I know are important in a hospital setting.
