I have worked for a family member that runs airbnb's during weekend's and in the evening, this has led me to develop experience working in a professional environment that deals with cleaning, organising and maintaining a quality level experience for guests and customers, but also support for customers. My main purpose in the job was to have maintained the residence and restored it for suitable use for the next customer. I also have experience dealing with customers as many have issues, complaints, need help, have problems or are the problem, so then I step in.
This is because English is not my family's first language and so I would deal with the issue as I am more versed at speaking and communicating in English.
