I worked as a Food and Drinks Runner, where I was the main link between the kitchen and the floor. My job was to get orders out to the right tables quickly and make sure every plate looked great before it reached the guest. I also helped the servers by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and keeping the service station organized so everything ran smoothly. During busy shifts, I made sure the communication between the chefs and the front-of-house stayed clear so that guests had a great experience.
