I am a result-oriented professional, focused on training and development. I have finished my Lead IQA and CAVA course from Brooks and Kirk. I am working since the year 2000 in the hospitality industry.
I am working in UK since the year 2004. During this time, I worked in 2 five-star hotels and 2 four-star hotels. I also worked in fast-food restaurants like Banana Tree Restaurant, Pizza hut, KFC and fine dining restaurants like Bella Italia etc.
I am currently working in NOVOTEL Hotel in Milton Keynes as Food and Beverage Supervisor.

Responsible for running day to day operation in hotel. Looking after Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner shifts according to rota basis. Providing training and coaching to all team in day-to-day jobs. Taking care Conference and Events, and making sure all set ups for Conference and Banqueting are set accurately, according to requirement. Doing Duty Manager job while working in different shifts and making sure all issues and complaints are dealt appropriately.
