I'm currently in my final year of ‘Eden Apprenticeship’ program. After completion, i will receive a Foundation Degree in the subject Dairy Technology. For the past 3 years, i have been in various departments:
-PRODUCTION OF MILK
-PROCESSING MILK
-RETRIEVING OF MILK
-QUALITY, ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH & SAFETY DEPARTMENT.
I have spent longer in the QEHS department, and have enjoyed thoroughly. I aim to find a career within the QEHS department.
I'm currently working within the Dairy Industry. I have acquired many skills in different department within the Dairy Factory. I have worked alongside departments to investigate issues we have on-site. I have laboratory experience, and the knowledge of calibrating various machinery we have on-site. I have received Level 3 qualifications in H&S, Food Safety, and HACCP.
