Inclusion Manager - NRA The Inclusion room is used for students who have anger, emotional or learning difficulties. Students are able to come to the Inclusion room to continue with their work if they are struggling in the classroom environment.

We offer the Inclusion Room as a calming, quiet safe haven for students to calm down, work or talk with someone. The Inclusion room is open for our vulnerable students at break and lunchtime. They have the use of school computers, Ipads, Kindles and other resources. We have a soft corner where students can come and read or chat with friends.

SEND Administrator / Learning Support Teaching Assistant - NRA

I have worked with students that have a variety of different abilities and needs ranging from SMEH, ASD, ADHD, MLD, SMEH, GLD and Dyslexia. I currently teach the Ruth Miskin literacy program for Year 7 students to improve on their literacy skills. I work with a group of Year 10 students teaching our Communication / Seal program to improve their Social, Emotional and Well Being behaviours in school and out of school.

I currently mentor 8 female students and 3 male students. They all have difficulties in and out of school. I conduct a 1:1 / 1:4 group chat on a weekly basis and we discuss any problems they may be going through and I give them advice or resources to help them deal with their situations in a positive way.

As an LSA I support our Year 10 students in Maths, English, Science and Geography. Many of these students have behaviour and emotional difficulties that can affect their learning. I assist the teacher with class work, lesson plans and a calm working environment.

I work closely with the teachers to ensure a lesson plan is delivered before the lesson and that work is differentiated for the less able students. I originally joined the SEND department at NRA as SEND Adminis

• Dealing with customer complaints and liasing with other airport staff, airline staff and Insurance companies.
• World Tracer is an international system that is used worldwide to locate missing luggage. As World Tracer coordinator I trained our staff on the system in Europe and UK airports ensuring all the training manuals were up to date of any changes.

• Customer Service Agent - dealing with customer queries and concerns. To be able to work under some extreme conditions of anger and upset. Mostly due to cancelled or delayed flights.
• Supervisor in the Lost Luggage / Damage Claims office. I dealt with the most difficult of situations when luggage didn't arrive for passengers or if their luggage had been damaged in transit. It was a very fast paced, high pressured job.
