Whilst there, I studied Digital Arts & Animation and have now advanced to Abertay University to study Game Design & Production. I enjoy working in a team and helping others. I started working at Katie's bar as a bartender after moving to Glasgow for college. During my time there, I was able to prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages whilst maintaining high-quality standards.

I started working at The Livingston Inn as a glass collector. In this position I would work my way around the bar and restaurant area collecting used glasses followed by washing/drying them out and putting them away clean ready for use. I would also ensure all fridges and cupboards were restocked throughout the shift along with general housekeeping such as clean surfaces, bins emptied and removal of any empty kegs.
Volunteer at KSpark/Craigshills Good Neighbour Network (CGNN) (2022-06 – 2022-07)
During my time at CGNN, I volunteered for 4 weeks during the school summer holidays to gain work experience. CGNN is a community group that is based in the heart of Craigshill, Livingston, which encourages people to come together to meet new people or for individuals/families who may be struggling or feeling isolated. This group helps people to build a support networks around them through experiencing different activities that the group puts together; such as quizes, arts & crafts, etc.
My mentor was very helpful and taught me many new basic life skills along with social skills.

In my final Year of High School, I signed up for a Barista skills course. In my free class periods, I would go to learn how to make different drinks such as coffees, teas, and iced drinks and learn the new skills that were required for this job. After passing my assessments, I was asked by the school if I could help with teaching and supporting the younger years on their barista course.
I also helped on a Wednesday lunchtime to work in the school café serving teaching staff coffees, teas and iced coffees, which gave me further experience and practice.
