I help small and mid-size businesses figure out where AI can actually make a difference, and then I build it.

My work splits into two sides.

The first is strategic: I run structured AI audits that map a company's operations, surface the highest-impact opportunities, and deliver a costed roadmap leadership can act on. The second is hands-on: I design and deliver the automation systems themselves. Multi-agent workflows, AI-powered email agents, RAG-based assistants, CRM integrations, and end-to-end SaaS products.

Recent work includes a full AI transformation audit for a healthcare insights firm, productised automation systems sold through the Brainlancer marketplace, and Intell.ink, an AI assistant SaaS platform I architected from concept to production for non-technical business users.

My toolkit centres on n8n orchestration, the Microsoft Power Platform, and modern AI-assisted development with Claude Code and Cursor. Before specialising in AI automation, I spent 15+ years in software engineering across full-stack development, game engines, and creative technology for enterprise clients.

Led development of OceanView, a multi-user, multi-territory web platform for managing creative campaigns for clients including Activision and Sony Entertainment. Engineered a scalable HTML5 game engine and hybrid web applications. Established CI/CD pipelines and delivered international projects for Gap Italy and Gap France.
