I am an organised, compassionate, and hardworking professional with experience across housing administration, compliance, and supporting vulnerable individuals. I hold a Level 2 NVQ in Business Administration within Estates and Lettings and completed a 1 year apprenticeship in estate agency, where I gained strong experience in housing administration, property processes, compliance documentation, and managing tasks efficiently within a busy environment.
Through my previous experience, I have worked with gas safety, EICR, and EPC regulations and certification, developing strong attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance requirements are met. Alongside my housing and administrative background, I also have experience working within NHS mental health services, supporting vulnerable adults with professionalism, empathy, and sensitivity.
I am passionate about working within organisations that make a positive difference to people’s lives and I am particularly drawn to roles that support women and vulnerable individuals in feeling safe, respected, and supported. I pride myself on being approachable, reliable, emotionally aware, and able to remain calm and organised within demanding environments.
