I have a passion to build students confidence and independence in their learning. my skills are I am hardworking, organised and understanding and supportive.
I have 15 years plus experience working with students with special needs. I have excellent relationships either students, staff and parents. I am organised and able to plan lessons to the student needs and deliver with passion. I can provide relevant resources for the student and other staff to accommodate their needs. Support parents and teachers to get the best outcome of the student. I plan, deliver and evaulate on a weekly basis.
Current role is organising and supporting students in class and in study time.
