My most recent role was for a counselling charity in a customer facing, high-paced work environment. I was responsible for liaising with our governing bodies such as the NHS and Police and Crime Commissioners, who we had to report to regarding how many clients we had supported from each of their referrals. I worked with the counsellors on their schedules and paired them with clients, which required multiple phone calls and emails as well as sending out confirmation letters and texts, so it was a lot of problem solving and juggling, essentially a jigsaw of matching! I was also responsible for sending out client and GP discharge letters, with myself writing letters in the case of clients who had never engaged. I also created a new filing system for storing our old client cases. I also undertook some work experience in a Family Law Solicitors where I was responsible for handling sensitive data which required signing an NDA. I had to relay written information into their databases and log divorce papers and statements and I worked closely with lawyers preparing for court.
Many years experience in Administration and Hospitality. Great customer service skills and experience working in teams and smaller groups.
