I currently work for Lifeways and have done the last 4 years. I look after service users with mental health issues and learning difficulties. I carry out roles like medication, personal care, activities, updating care plans and more.
My previous job was Subway Manager for 3 years. I was in charge of the store, doing stocktake and ordering product, rotas, cleaning, staff hiring/firing, evaluations etc.
