Hello! I am Sofia, i am a confident outgoing person who is ready to gain new experiences and live life to the fullest! I enjoy customer service and super happy to help people who are in need. One day i aspire to open my own business alongside my sister (in future) in beauty and aesthetics etc.
Id love to apply for various different experience and different situations and learn specifically more about customer service. I would describe myself as kind and caring and more than willing to make the world a better place. Im interested in particulary beauty and aesthetics to make girls\boys feel confident in themselves and make people feel better whether thats hair, eyelashes, nails, botox, lip filler etc!
I have interests such as reading and criminology, i would say im perceptive and have a passion to help people.Another dream of mine is being anAdvocate\motivational speaker for mental health and life skills. I hope to be a figure that people can come to and feel better, and feel open to talk about problems that should be spoken about and provide a secure, trusting space to everybody! I would also describe myself as ambitious and ready to make a change in this world.
Some other interests of mine include polotics and being open-minded to hear about peoples opinions whilst being respectful whilst potentially debating!
Office Assistant at Kent Cladding (2026-01 – 2026-06)
At my time at Kent Cladding I handled enquiries by providing a good level of customer service to our customers using communication through telephone and our enquiry management system. I also used my time to gain experience of booking and scheduling work in the diary whilst ordering materials for installers. During my time at Kent Cladding Ltd, i would describe my experience as rewarding, challenging and helped me listen to customers accordingly to reach their every need.
It also taught me to work as a team with others around me, making sure i completed tasks on time and satisfactory for installers, customers etc. I gained confidence in communicating with strangers and being confident and articulate with my words. I learnt professionalism and how to handle different interactions and needs of each customer etc.
My employers would describe me as a willing quick learner, articulate, confident and open to different tasks etc. I enjoyed my work experience at Kent Cladding it offered me a new opportunity of Hybrid work at home and how different jobs may vary with each customer and task, i feel as if it made me extremely willing to learn and gain new experience.
Teaching Assistant In Primary School at Brunswick House Primary School (2025-06 – 2025-06)
At Brunswick House Primary School i learnt skills and gained experience to work not only just with children but also alongside adults. I was very eager and helped around the classroom gaining relationships with staff and students. It was a rewarding experience that i enjoyed and excelled at.
During my time st Brunswick House i connected with the children and helped to monitor their learning and play time, helping them be safe and assisting them when they asked for help. If i was to describe myself working as a Teaching Assistant i would say I'm kind, approachable and confident to the children and teachers. I was enthusiastic to help out and completed tasks confidently and strategically.
I was ready to listen and follow instructions and made sure i completed tasks to the best of my ability to meet the expectations of the teachers in the classroom. (Work experience 1 week).
