This role involved visiting pre-booked appointments in customers homes whom were interested in renovating their bathroom; during these appointments I would carry out the following duties:

• Establish the customers needs and desires in terms of their 'dream' bathroom.
• Offer the customers best-fit, beneficial solutions from the available product line.
• Take measurements and make a floor plan accordingly.
• Discuss the options available and tailor the design and product selection to meet the customers requirements and budget.
• Upon closing the sale, ensure the customer is fully satisfied with the design and that both sides have clarity in terms of the products and services that will be provided.
• Responsible for accurate preparation of all documents for the order.

SOLAR Field Sales Representative - NW Renewables - Leeds

Initially started in a telesales role which consisted of making outbound calls, building a rapport with homeowners and speaking about our services. I was recognised by management and promoted to Field Sales Representative within 3 months. I thoroughly enjoyed this role as I was meeting different people on a daily basis, spending a few hours at a time at their property to carry out solar panel assessments, promote renewable energy and secure deals.

This was a commission only role, and I had a regular conversion of 1:1/1:2 every week. I learnt a lot during this role, and most importantly it taught me how to be persistent and positive whilst under pressure.

• I was awarded the 'Most Valuable Salesperson' in 2018 with the highest turnover for the year and once again for the year 2019!
• Consistent results with great weekly conversions
• Built great relationships with my customers, with many recommending our services to family & friends!
• Achieved 'top seller' on majority weeks.
