Extensive background in commercial contracts, corporate governance, M&A, data protection, and regulatory compliance. Proven track record of establishing and leading legal and DPO functions, advising boards and senior leadership, and supporting business growth across multi-jurisdictional operations.
Strong expertise in cross-border transactions, SaaS and technology matters, IP protection, risk management, and dispute resolution, with earlier career experience in compliance, financial services, and professional services environments.
Legally qualified professional with a strong academic foundation in law and commerce. Holds an LLB (Hons) and B.Com (Law) from the University of Stellenbosch. Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with over two decades of post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law.
