Sonya Bisaccia

I have a range of previous work experience, both paid and voluntary. Paid work includes as a Benefit Assessor at my local council. It also Youth Work at a Youth Club and working with children and young people who had committed some form of criminal act. Lastly, my previous paid work includes being a Customer Service Advisor at my local council.

Regarding Voluntary work, this includes me previously being an advisor at my local Citizens Advice Bureaum it also involves me currently volunteering at a night shelter and at a toddler group for children with special educational needs.

All the above roles have, over time, enabled me to gain a range of skills and knowledge. Such skills include research, communication, relationship-building, problem solving, attention to detail and team working.
