I am an enthusiastic, hardworking, determined individual who is always engaged and energised by completing tasks to the best standard and thrives in busy environments. I take pride in my work and accomplishments and complete all tasks to a high standard at every opportunity. All previous roles have been customer orientated as I always find enjoyment in socialising and talking to new and interesting people; having a positive work environment is important to me, which is why I always try to get to know those around me and connect with them.

Front of House Waiter at Hartfields (2024-07 – 2025-07)

This role helped me further increase my confidence with working in customer service and polish my skills. My main duties included providing excellent table service, handling food and beverage orders, welcoming and seating guests, assisting with openings and closes, organising till and window displays, answering phone enquiries and taking bookings, completing cleaning tasks throughout the establishment to maintain a tidy appearance and always maintaining a good rapport with guests and ensuring their needs are always met to a high standard.

• This role required me to use store tills, PDQ machines, POS systems which I am very comfortable with using and have found easy to navigate due to my prior experience.

Sales Assistant at Mole Valley Farmers (2023-07 – 2024-05)

• Within a day-to-day shift, main responsibilities included communicating with customers, taking phone calls, checking supply stock for customers, communicating orders with Warehouse staff, providing support and guidance with memberships or Farmshares, restocking shelves, processing new deliveries in our system, processing orders within the system, ensuring the shop is kept tidy and providing guidance on a vast amount of categories such as animal feed, soil, electric fencing, tools, pet feed and many other categories of products that were sold.
• The role has provided me with a more advanced understanding of the agricultural community and experience in retail work.

Front of House staff at The Rose and Crown (2023-01 – 2023-08)

• As a member of weekend staff, my role focused on interacting and greeting customers, taking and bringing food/drink orders, taking payments, inputting orders onto the system, taking phone calls/booking in reservations and making sure that the pub's appearance was set to a good standard.
• I was trained at the bar at seventeen but was unable to serve without supervision due to my age so would need more experience in this department.

Hotel Receptionist at Horsted Place four* Hotel (2022-08 – 2023-01)

An extremely rewarding role which involved accommodating guests, filing and creating bookings, dealing with telephone calls, handling financial tasks within the hotel and printing various useful resources for staff such as table bookings, room reservations and room status documents.

• This role has taught me a lot about teamwork and the importance of cooperating with colleagues to keep the system running to the best standard.
• Overall, I found this job incredibly enjoyable, and I thoroughly enjoyed having a more customer-facing and socially active job.
