hi my names sophia and i'm 21 years old , i've worked in hospitality for 5years now with experience in both waitressing and bartending and partly experienced in being a barista , I am now a supervisor in a cocktail bar , i am passionate about hospitality and strive to always do the best that i can and always have a smile on my face , my aim is to make the customers feel welcome and always get them to come back , i'm good at dealing with challenging behaviour either when a person is intoxicated or even sober , i believe i have great leader skills and can bring new ideas and structure to a team. I am looking for a learn on the job setting with children as I didn't manage to get my qualifications through college I still have the understanding and knowledge of working with children
