Highly motivated Production Coordinator, located in the North West of England with strong planning & organisational skills along with attention to detail. Experienced in studio, location and archive formats, I can adapt myself to any environment. Working well under pressure, I can manage tight deadlines, whilst always considering the budget.
I am fully competent in using cloud-based shared drives, Microsoft Office, G-suite, and Adobe and understand the importance of confidentiality and handling of sensitive data. I work well within a team and confident when meeting new people, I work with high-profile individuals, as well as their agents & teams, and am meticulous when it comes to standards.
I have been working full time in the television industry since 2019 following my graduation, but prior to this I worked as a reservation host and then manager for individual restaurants at Piccolino, Alderley Edge.
My role at ITV over the past few years has been primarily based around production planning. I am responsible for the organising of shoots and creation as well as running of call sheets and schedules. I book, liaise and manage on screen talent and their teams and I manage all of my own budgets.
In addition to my existing role in television, my previous role with individual restaurants found me running restaurant reservation systems single handedly, successfully turning covers of 350+ on Saturday’s whilst managing my own reception team.
I have extremely high standards when it comes to customer service and have strong admin and communication skills. I am profecient in using all forms of google suite, Microsoft office and have particularly strong skills in using excel. I have experience on salesforce, quadranet and the full adobe creative cloud suite.
