I worked at build A bear for over 2 years in this time I was supervisor/floor manager. I had a lot of experience working with children there; from things such as hosting birthday parties and bear building. I learnt to keep to a good time schedule and be efficient due to the fast paced nature of the position during peak hours.
The particular branch I worked in is a high volume store and KPI tracking is crucial. I've had good experiences here with keeping to KPI's and delegation of tasks in order to optimise the floor. During my time I trained alot of the staff there and feel I built a good rapport with the team.
