I'm a very nice, polite and bubbly person who has developed many skills and would like to put them into place. I am reliable, flexible, kind and helpful. I like to help people and when dealing with customer problems or complaints, I apply my practice to ensure they have the best experience.

The most important thing to me is that everyone is happy, especially customers. I am the type of person that would throw everything I have into each individual task. I feel like I would be a great asset to any company.

Catering Staff - Sodexo

Worked for the catering company Sodexo. Within this year I learned different food related skills and was able to work flexibly in different work stations within the workspace. I was able to cut up salad and prep for the deli bar and also worked out front dealing with customers to relieve other members to work in the coffee shop. This gave me the skill of being able to switch tasks fluently and adapt to different work situations.

Sales Assistant - Iceland

Worked at Iceland providing great customer service skills, stocking shelves, packing home deliveries, online picking and packing deliveries, and organising deliveries. By completing these tasks I developed skills in being organised, good time management, communication, teamwork and other skills. I progressed within the sales assistant position.

Sports Technician - Uxbridge College - Uxbridge

Within the past 5 years of working at the College I have developed in the Sports Technician role in the sports department and have also helped support with the women's and men's football academy who's in partnership with Chelsea foundation. I have helped support and assist colleagues in theory and practical lessons, organised and set up equipment for lessons and assessments, worked in a team to achieve targets, organised kits for academies and tutor groups, promoted the academies across college and outside college to increase participation, and ordered equipment and maintaining audits for the sports department. This has provided me with the skills to take leadership in the role and become organised and to work well within a team and to be adaptive and organized with high workloads to help me manage my time effectively to ensure all tasks are complete.

I have also helped out with training and fixtures for the women's academy at the College which has allowed me to develop as a coach and take leadership in helping assist with coaches in order to gain the best outcome of all individuals and to help them develop and improve within the sport they are passionate about.
