I graduated last year from university with Ba Hons degree in illustration. I am motivated individual with an eye for creativity. I often use traditional or digital and some times even both when creating my work. portfolio upon request.

Throughout the last year of university, I was a part of the social media and website team to help build the brand of our end of year exhibition. From this I was able to gain improved skills of what to post, I was able to create my own content by taking photos of what events we were doing to raise money for our exhibition and then coming up with my own captions that I though best fit for each post and when to post which I was able to meet strict deadlines including the work that I had to submit throughout my time and university, which goes back to throughout my time in education. This had led me to become more organised with the work that I do.
I was able to develop my team working skills which has become a skill that I love using when in any of the working roles that I am apart of.
An experienced safety steward working high profile events at the Principality Stadium and Cardiff Blues. Very skilled in customer service, communication whilst also ensuring safety and satisfaction of the general public. Ability to handle diverse situations efficiently, gained through extensive interaction with the general public during events such as rugby matches and multiple concerts. Additionally, possesses a strong background in multitasking part-roles at McDonalds and M&S Food hall.
I currently work in the civil service as an operational officer for identity verification customer support . In this role, I communicate with customers daily to assist them with any queries they may have regarding the area that I work in and try to resolve their issues. This has helped me improve my telephone manner whilst also helping my information intake so that I can feedback the relevant information that the customer needs, write up professional correspondence with customers via email.
