My time at Next I served high quality customer service in the fast-paced environment, and I adapted quickly to new tasks. I was able to deal with customer complaints effectively making sure the customer remained calm. I was able to work collaboratively with the other team members so we all could work to our best abilities.

In this job I have the responsibility of ensuring that we have everything that is required for events. I efficiently use the till to make sales quick but also make sure the customer has the correct order and is happy. I work as part of a team and often help those who need it when finding things etc.

For this experience I had to step out of my comfort zone to work with children but from this I became resilient. I had to use my initiative as children don't have a 'rule book.' I helped clean when necessary to ensure everything was kept as neat and tidy as possible.
