The skills I have developed through my degree, alongside my extensive travelling to a variety of countries around the world and a broad range of work experience has shaped me into a versatile individual. I have a deep willingness to discover, learn and explore.

Commis Chef at Restaurant Associates (03/2025–07/2026)

In March 2025 I started working at Restaurant Associates. I prepare breakfast and lunch on a large scale for the offices for whom we are catering. I prepare the meat, salads and vegetables. During lunch service I am in charge on the pass where I continually make sure the dishes are full on the counter and I carefully liaise with other chefs when items need to be replaced.

Commis Chef at Rocket Food (2024-07 – 2024-09)

In July 2024 I worked for Rocket Food on the canapes section where I assisted the head and sous chef in preparing and assembling a variety of canapés for events, ensuring quality and presentation consistency.

• Helped organize the ingredients for efficient production and maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Ensured all canapés are properly stacked and paired with appropriate side for on-site service
• Collaborated closely with the kitchen team to meet event timelines and handle high-pressure situations
• Adhered to food safety and hygiene standards as well as the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations

Commis Chef at The Allotment Kitchen (05/2024 – 06/2024)

In April 2024 I started working at The Allotment Kitchen as a part time chef. This involved preparing the food for the day and week ahead.

• Assisted the head chef on multiple stations wherever needed such as the prep station, grill and the garnish station
• At the end of the week the team would deep clean, reorganise the kitchen and order all the stock for the week commencing

Commis Chef at Private (05/2023 – 04/2024)

As a personal commis chef, my responsibilities were to help the head chef prepare lunch dinners and desserts that were being made, as well as create sauces for dishes, do taste testing.

• Assisted the head chef make canapes when there were events
• Received the deliveries and verified that the produce was a high standard

Barista at Chiswick House and Grounds (04/2023 – 05/2023)

As a Barista at Chiswick House and Grounds I made all the types of coffee, took orders, and was the runner for when the food needed to be served. On top of that, I made sure that the facilities and all areas were clean and organised.

Administration officer at Whitman and Co (11/2022 – 01/2023)

I would take calls and emails regarding properties and clients and add the information to the database. I also created brochures for the properties as well as taking clients on viewings.

Teaching Assistant at Falcons Prep School for Boys (04/2021 – 10/2022)

My responsibility in this role was to support Year 5-8 pupils in Maths and English. I also assisted with P.E for years 3-8 which covered Cricket, Rugby and Football.

As a Holiday Club assistant, I looked after girls from 5 up to 10 years old. I helped with the daily activities and demonstrated what they needed to do in the activities.
