Faced with many different challenges that have improved customer service skills significantly. Bar work at The Golden Bell (2026-05 – 31/07/26) Friday and Saturday evenings for a different skill such as bar work which has challenged customer service skills to work at a higher level.
Assistant at Marks and Spencers (2024-11-30 – 2024-12-24) Temporary position during busy season. Challenging at first due to limited retail experience. Quickly adapted and skills gained include better customer satisfaction and better responsibility.
Assistant at Greenleas Lower School (2024-12 – 2024-12 ) Work with mum at the school helping with little tasks. DBS checked, able to work with children in early years and year 4 students. Found it very rewarding to see children grow as the weeks went on. Babysitter at Private Babysat two little girls aged 4 and 6 for a few months - May 2024- Temporary) Girls have thrived with this extra responsibility. Learnt how to communicate with younger children, show commitment to a job and be responsible.
