My studies in Criminology have provided me with valuable insights into the factors influencing crime, behaviour and the criminal justice system, whilst strengthening my research, analytical and problem-solving skills. I am excited to begin my professional career and apply these skills in a practical setting. Animal Care Volunteer - Elysian School - Liss

• Responsibility for a wide range of animals (ranging from horses to guinea pigs!)
• Working independently, without immediate contact with managers, I learned to think on my feet, solve problems quickly and stay calm under pressure.
• The physically demanding nature of the role helped me develop persistence, endurance and reliability.

Young Stock Supervisor - Cowdray Home Farms - West Sussex

(2023-06 - 2023-08)

• Responsibility for 200 calves from new-born to three months.
• Having never worked on a farm before I learned that communication is key, despite being out of my comfort zone.
• Learnt the importance of attention to detail in this environment as the impact of not being thorough could lead to devastating consequences.

Cadet - Army Cadet Force - Haslemere

• Learnt how to march, shoot, trained in first aid and helped run sessions for lower ranking cadets.
• Taught perseverance and importance of attention to detail and most importantly how to work in a team.
