I have gained valuable experience in having attention to detail, helping individuals of all ages and abilities and being confident when being customer faced. My role being a swimming instructor with Your Leisure involves customers ages 4-16 along with their parents/guardians. In this role, I worked with other qualified teachers, planned lessons, had experience cleaning & organising poolside & changing rooms and reported to the swim school manager where necessary.
