I have 16 yrs in the industry moved from an individual contributor to QA/QE Manager/lead. I am very results focused. Passionate about the QA function or people to be represented in the company. Taught myself guitar (not that I am good at it) during lockdown. Also, am a proud and lucky father to my 8 yr old daughter.
I am a 16 yrs seasoned QA/QE lead /Manager. Have been hands on with Java, C#, powershell, bash annd a bit of python and have carried out line management responsibilities as well, from a training, mentoring, resource management (holidays planning), performance planning with 1-2-1s, appraisals to creating PIPs and PDPs. Created, maintained and later trained my team on the testing framework in Microsoft tech stack. Am a certified scrum master as well as a certified test manager (ISTQB).
