Having around 5 years of I.T experience as Software Test/QA Analyst with a strong focus on manual testing across web, mobile, and device-based applications.
Experience in developing test plans, test cases, test procedures and execution of application using Manual testing tools. Thorough knowledge of all phases of S.D.L.C and S.T.L.C. Hands-on experience with defect management tools like JIRA, SIM, and T-Corp for tracking, prioritizing, and resolving bugs across SDLC.
Proficient in workflow configuration, defect triage, and reporting. Thorough hands-on experience with all levels of testing including Smoke, Exploratory, Sanity, Usability, Functional, Non-functional, System Integration, Regression, UAT and End to End testing.
Experience in interacting with developers to design and document relevant test scenarios, test cases for effective testing and test estimates. Conducted extensive cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent user experience across environments. Well-versed in software testing concepts with hands-on experience in V- Model, Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and familiarity with DevOps practices using AWS and related DevOps tools. Ability to work with Azure DevOps concepts as well. Skilled in configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate build, test, and deployment process.
Identified and reported nearly 300 defects across multiple projects, contributing to improved product stability and quality. Collaborated closely with developers and product teams to validate fixes and prevent defect regressions in subsequent releases. Involved in the entire STLC lifecycle from scratch, understanding the customer requirements from retrospective sprint meetings and preparing test estimates for both manual and automation.
