• To follow GLP while performing analysis in the analytical development department.
• Follow Good Documentation practices.
• Analysis of routine samples using UV and IR (FTIR assemblies) and their calibration, preparation of samples and mobile phase for High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and inject to instrument.
• To perform daily calibration of balance(Micro balance and semi micro balance), pH meter, monthly calibration of balance, conductivitymeter, KF factor.
• Perform Routine moisture sample analysis, pH analysis, melting point analysis.
• Perform Loss On Drying (LOD), Sulphated ash and Residue On Ignition(ROI) analysis.
• Sampling of Finished products, Intermediate and Raw material then analysis.
• Sampling of Raw, RO and DM water then analysis.
• Daily temperature and humidity monitoring.
• Maintenance of log books properly with entries and closing.
• Reporting day to day activities to the team head.
