Stacey Brooks

Hi my name is Stacey, I'm 31 years old and live my partner and 2 children eldest is 7 years old and my youngest is 3 years of age. I started my childcare carer as a level 2 apprentice and worked my way up the ladder from level 3 up to setting senco, room leader and deputy manager. I left nursery work over 7 years ago to have my eldest and have been running my own buissness as a childminder “Stacey's childcare”.

I am now looking to venture back into employment preferably still doing what i love. My eldest is at school and my youngest goes to nursery 2 days a week but i have requested a further 2 full days which will start from November. I'm currently looking for preferably term time and can work Tuesday-Thursday.

I currently take driving lessons on Monday and have my test booked end of november all going well and i pass id be happy to extend my working hours to Monday-Thursday 8-5pm if term time was an option id be happy to work extra hours and days than stated.

During my time in nursery work iv had the oppertunity to learn while i work through apprenterships, i have worked my way up to setting SENCO supporting and providing 1 on 1 support to children with various disabillities and learning difficulties. I have helped support my managers and co workers when promoted to deputy manager. And during my time as a childminder i have developed many multi skills customer service, administration work and continuing to support children of a wider age range 0-12 years of age.
