Since leaving education i have been in the care sector. From the age of 16 i worked in a day center called Eco wings. This job involved looking after young adults with disabilities, after two years of fulfilling a support worker role, i was promoted to become a team leader. Within this role i gained a Level 2 health and Social Care NVQ and a Level 3 business management NVQ In 2021 i started a new role as a support worker in a children's residental home under Salutem care. Within the role i have gained understanding of working with children with learning disabilities ,ADHD and trauma. I have also gained a Level 3 NVQ in children's residential.
