I have worked at Halstead Leisure Centre since July 2024. I started as a recreational assistant, helping clean and take care of centre, i then became a lifeguard. Becoming qualified in first aid and defibrillator usage. Since then i have shadowed managers, receptionist and every other roll, to gain an insight into what they do daily, and how they are successful in their job role.
