I am an experienced Chief Executive and board director with over 30 years' leadership experience across regulated financial services, including wealth management, asset management, brokerage, pensions administration and trustee services.

Throughout my career I have specialised in leading organisations through periods of change, whether that has involved business transformation, operational improvement, regulatory oversight, restructuring or growth. I have founded, built and successfully exited regulated businesses, led FCA-authorised firms, and more recently have undertaken interim CEO and executive leadership assignments for organisations requiring experienced hands-on leadership.

My recent roles have included Interim CEO of an FCA-regulated St. James's Place Partner Practice, where I led a significant operational turnaround, improved profitability and strengthened governance, as well as leading complex pensions and trustee businesses working alongside insolvency practitioners to protect client assets, stabilise operations and deliver critical remediation programmes.

I am comfortable working with boards, regulators, investors and private equity sponsors, and have built a reputation for bringing clarity, commercial judgement and calm leadership to complex situations. I particularly enjoy roles where an organisation needs an experienced executive who can quickly understand the business, build trust with stakeholders and deliver measurable results.

I am now seeking an opportunity where I can use that experience to lead another regulated financial services business through its next stage of development, whether that involves stabilisation, growth, strategic change or preparing the business for its next phase.
