I have spent 26 years working in Purchasing carrying out a variety of different roles in an Automotive and Manufacturing environment. These include, Operational and Program, Commodity and strategic, and supplier development and risk management.
I am a highly skilled and experienced Purchasing professional. I have introduced processes to reduce cost, via my strength of costing knowledge, negotiation skills, Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement training. I have managed many complex and critical projects with the supply base. Core commodity experience with Plastics, metals, trim and electrical products.
I am fully qualified with full MCIPS and have a bachelor degree in Business studies.
