I have worked in forensic Mental Health for nearly 9 years ranging from male to female and medium to low secure
I qualified as an RMN in 2014 and worked in medium secure for four years working up to be a clinical team leader. I obtained a position as clinical team leader in a low secure hospital after this and went on to be deputy ward manager.
in April 2022 I obtained a role as ward manager in a low secure male personality disorder hospital
I have most recently undertaken a course in DBT
