My current role involves helping an award-winning company improve every facet of its business. From the service it provides its customers, to supporting staff carry out their tasks, with everything in between - from food, accommodation and logistics, to staff mental health, sustainability, communication and branding. Co-managing 31 chalets, 300 weekly guests and 73 overseas staff at three renowned ski resorts in France.
