• Responsible for oversight of legacy systems data extraction, data cleansing and 'hands on' import to NetSuite. Scope covers P2P, O2C, R2R, CRM and fixed assets.
• Development of SQL scripts to extract data from legacy systems – always building repeatable processes.
• Development of Excel VBA code for processing historic trial balances held in a variety of Excel management information packs, into the NetSuite CSV journal import format.

NetSuite Consultant - Aqualunq France

Working as part of the Tech Mahindra team implementing NetSuite for the US subsidiary of Aqualung as part of their 'Horizon' restructuring programme.

• Validating finance test scripts covering P2P, O2C and R2R
• Leading Data Migration covering various item types, sales orders, open purchase orders, open AP/AR transactions and opening trial balance. 'Hands on' with the successful go live during the 1st weekend in November.
• Included use of the JIRA project management / ticketing system and Confluence.

Data Migration Lead - Core Highways

Responsible for data migration moving data from legacy finance systems and spreadsheets to NetSuite. Scope included General ledger, accounts receivable and payable, fixed assets, leased assets, employee / payroll data and prepayments. Items for use in purchase requisitions / PO's and those 'service for sale' items for customer billing.

• Aiding users with testing / functionality of NetSuite when reviewing data loaded to sandbox and production environments.
• Assisting functional lead with some of the system tidy up work e.g. fields no longer required, fine tuning workflows, creating saved searches etc.

• On 1.11.22 went live with a UK subsidiary (Gomo Learning Ltd) and a US subsidiary (Watershed Systems Inc.)
• Subsequent migrations included various UK and US subsidiaries, 1 Australian and 1 Indian subsidiary with a total of 12 business successfully migrated during my contract.

Netsuite ERP Specialist - IM Group Limited

A £2 million project with 300 Netsuite users and a business operating in the UK, Nordics, China and Ireland. Netsuite was being implemented along with a specialist dealer management system (Advectus) to address the vehicle and parts requirements for this UK headquartered importer of Subaru and Isuzu vehicles.

• The role included acting as the solution lead for a 3rd party AP automation tool 'Kanbina'.
• Responsible for the data migration aspects of moving data from the legacy J D Edwards system covering master and open transaction information.
• User training, user acceptance testing and user support prior to and after go-live.
• Build of workflows, forms, roles, saved searches, reports and dashboards. Initiating selection of 3rd party add-on reporting tool (Spreadsheet server).
• Detailed project management assisting the programme manager and liaison with the Netsuite Partner (Sansa) and Advectus.
• A follow-on project to add a subsidiary for Mitsubishi UK after sales parts operation following their acquisition by IM Group – integrations, data migration, customisation, user training and on-going support.
