Response/Maintenance Services Manager at Daubney ltd (2024-12 – Present)
Still working on the MOD estates. Daubney tendered for the contract, so I got TUPE'd over from Tom Willoughby. A couple of months working for Daubney's I was promoted to Response/Maintenance Services Manager, which now has now given me a lot more reasonability to take on.
Attending board room meeting with directors on a frequently occasion making sure targets are on track and getting monitored correctly KPI'S, budgeting etc.as well as overseeing the supervisors on the running of day-to-day operations of the operatives. In the 4years I have been at the company I have worked extremely hard to get from an assistant to a manager.
Response/Maintenance Services Supervisor at Tom Willoughby Ltd (2022-11 – 2024-12)
Initially appointed as Assistant Response/Maintenance Supervisor based at RAF Leeming, and various other barracks as well. My job role was to manage and maintain the Operatives. This also included maintaining the rest of the Infrastructure within the Base consisting of HAS sites, Hangers, Accommodation Buildings etc.
This has allowed me to experience mostly everything that could possibly go wrong and has taught me how to effectively deal with these issues. I was promoted to Response/Maintenance Services Supervisor within 6 months of being at the company, managing a team of 20+ engineers, Subcontractors across all trades to service and maintain all infrastructure. I make sure RAMS are in place MEWPS – Roof – Dig – Hot Work – Temp Works, Permits.

I decided from all the experience that I gained from Window Point, that I wanted to start my own business. Having my own company was another great learning experience, I had to start managing costings - budgeting – quotations – customer sales/services. I expanded my company into Conservatory/Extension, I have a wide knowledge of building/Construction.
Manufacturing/Installations at Window Point (2005-06 – 2016-07)
I Started at Window point at 15years of age and received training in manufacturing windows + Doors which I then installed into customers homes.
