- Set up a replacement governance plan for more effective working. This clearly defined all roles within the project for maximum understanding of all stakeholders. As such the project ran much smoother and efficiently
- Identified issues with the retrofit planning on a separate BT project. Took ownership of this sub-project and made the changes that were required to bring this back on track. Savings on this were reductions in man hours and penalty payments
- Initiated regular meetings with all stakeholders, listening to all view points and challenges. Consulted with a variety of departments and worked through to resolutions that satisfied all parties
- Responsible for the financial controls on the project and negotiated with the customer to bring payments down from a quarterly basis to a monthly payment. With a greater degree of cash flow there was scope to bring extra work into each quarter thus increasing the overall profit
- Always achieved full quarterly targets and frequently reached this within the first two months. Regularly brought work forward from the following quarter, resulting in an increase of cash flow
- Management and reporting analysis of the external partners taking into account stock management, purchase orders, performance and documentation resulted in the removal of a non-performing partner
