My interest in energy surveying stems from my desire to work in a sustainable and evolving industry, to work in a hands-on, independent way, and to apply my service-driven experience to communicate effectively with all stakeholders whilst remaining customer centric. During my time with DK Hughes Energy Saving Solutions, I completed my Retrofit Assessor qualification and gained valuable hands-on experience within this fast-growing sector. Eager to progress within a larger team structure, I joined Apex Renewable Energy Surveys, where I thrived in a collaborative environment and was soon given the opportunity to work closely with the office team and manage a full team of surveyors.

Since joining the team at Improveasy I have deepened my expertise in energy efficiency and compliance, with a strong understanding of ECO4 measures. In addition to my technical experience, I bring over five years of managerial experience in the hospitality sector, where I honed my leadership, communication, and customer service skills while managing the daily operations of a busy public house.

• Carrying out up to 12 EPC surveys daily on behalf of Sanctuary Housing throughout the North West and Yorkshire
• Reporting on findings from Retrofit inspections including condition of the property internally and externally
• Knowledge of borescopes and cavity wall inspection

• Ensuring that all information is recorded accurately whilst working closely with the office management team
