Steve Jackson

I am Steve Jackson with 6 years of experience in Rights & Permissions department. My last position was as a Team Lead for R&P for Straive (Spi-Global), India office. I was mentoring and managing a team of 30 which included Project Managers & Production Team Members from the Rights & Permissions division.

I am expert in Image, Video, Text and Audio rights, asset research and the permission procurement process for them. I have worked with multiple publishers around the globe and has expertise on different Data Management systems as well.

I helped Straive develop their own data management and picture research system called Iris and did multiple demos to clients across the globe on the same. My greatest achievement was I took over a very complex team which regularly raised escalations and turned them over to a highest revenue earning team for the division.
