I was promoted to a lister/valuer when I was at Bagshaws Residential and transferred to Shipways in Shirley as both agents are part of the same groups.

• I generate and book valuations
• I conduct research into the market
• I arrange all the marketing for the properties that instruct me
• I discuss the best way and price with the sellers
• I write the long, short and room descriptions and key features
• I also choose the best photos once they have been taken by our photographer
• I generate mortgage appointments with our in house mortgage advisor
