All Property Claims have appointed me to revisit a previously explored B2B model for their business in the past. This has been a simple approach to generate insurance claims business from self-generated leads of insurance brokers and sign them up as introducers.
Achievements:
- Built a strong lead database of Greater London insurance brokers with the capacity to introduce property claims via Google searching
- Identifying decision makers with the use of LinkedIn, Companies House and the FCA register
- Currently achieving 2.4 broker meetings per week
- Broker sign up ratio of 76%
- Inclusion of leak detection USP to brokers offering
- Introduction of Pipedrive to bring organisation to leads as opposed to previously used spreadsheets

I was employed by Morgan Clark to research, create and implement a B2B platform for what was an already a very successful B2C loss assessor model. With the assistance of a great marketing team I successfully created a fully packaged/sellable product called Loss Guard Membership.

Membership is a full 360 degree claims management service that was directly aimed at insurance brokers to support them with domestic/commercial real estate and business interruption claims for their clients.

Membership is now considered the solution to ensure that Morgan Clark continue to grow profitability YoY and stay ahead of the curve within an ever growing competitive sector.
Achievements:
- Conducted extensive competitor analysis to gain an understanding of the current products offered to market.
- Working continuously with Morgan Clarks existing brokers to gain knowledge of what the pitfalls are for them when dealing with client claims such as cost implications, drain on resource, regulatory/complaints exposure and transparency for policyholder claims for all parties involved.
- Generating new business from cold leads via internet searching, LinkedIn and identifying decision makers with the use of companies house and FCA records.
- Introduction of paying insurance brokers a referral fee for settled claims, providing them with a welcomed new income stream from the burden of a claims process.
- Developed a client portal with external programmers, the portal enables brokers to create claim referrals with simplicity whilst delivering the transparency for the assessor, broker and policyholder.
- Guiding marketing with my vision for product, brand and lead generation channels.
- Management of a 8 man nationwide sales team.
- Delivering an average of 2-3 new broker members per week.
- Worked with external solicitors to create a introducer referral agreement that was designed to limit any objection hurdles for new sign-up’s.
- Introduction of smooth onboarding process, with co-branding suggestions and Loss Guard merchandise.
