Here I have various duties such as gassing materials in our high-pressure vessels, expanding materials with our low-pressure vessels and inspection to make sure the product is good enough to be sent out to customers. I have learned a lot about the processes gone into making foam and how to organise and work with my team in an environment that can be demanding with tight deadlines.

Here my role was to organise a group of agency workers across several companies who had sections on the site while also working on the shop floors with them. I achieved great organisation skills. Team work and leadership skills with between 20 to 40 people under my supervision.
